Andrea made the booking process seamless and efficient, promptly replying to our questions and providing clear direction on how we were able to customize our reservation with a variety of food and beverage options. The email communication provided clear instructions on where and when to meet for our adventure, and we were welcomed warmly at the marina to start our excursion. Mario and Ronald gave us a brief orientation of our beautiful yacht, and then we were underway right on time. They asked us what activities we wanted to enjoy, and then allowed us to settle in on the spacious deck as we cruised out of the marina to take in the gorgeous views of the Grace Bay coast. Mario was always attentive to ensure we had everything we needed, and he crafted delicious drinks from rum punch to impromptu margaritas. Ronald smoothly navigated our yacht to provide breathtaking views and serene, secluded stops where we were able to snorkel and swim in pristine cays and stunning reefs. Ronald helped us see lobsters and conches while snorkeling, and Mario had fresh fruit waiting for us when we were back on board. We were treated to a delicious meal on the back deck overlooking Iguana Island, where our hosts had taken amazing drone photos of our family which they shared to capture our time together. To conclude our tour with an extra special touch, Mario suprised our son with a celebratory cake for his graduation as we cruised back to the marina, where they arranged for a car service to pick us up. Overall we had an awesome experience thanks to Ronald, Mario and the team at Poseidon Charters who provided THE highlight of our time in Turks & Caicos.
