How do I book a charter?

Select the charter that interests you, and fill out our form to give us some more detail about your dates and the size of your party. We will contact you to finalize the details and send an invoice to be paid over email.

Do you need to be a good swimmer to snorkel?

While we always say safety is of the utmost concern and any activity is “at your own risk” we make sure to keep all our guests in waters that allow for the pleasure of seeing the ocean life. We also have lifejackets and snorkel vests on board to help conserve energy while you snorkel.

What is the best time to snorkel?
It really depends on if you are a morning person or not! Our island is blessed to have waters that look just like the photos, so there really is no bad time.
What should we bring?
Coral Safe Sunscreen (not aerosol), towels, any special food or drinks, music if you like to select the playlist, and a camera. Important to note we do have USB chargers on board for your electronics as well.
What happens if it rains?
Turks and Caicos is a tropical island and weather conditions can vary widely. It can be windy, raining and stormy by your hotel or villa and sunny with blue skies all around the island. Provo weather can quickly have passing rain showers and varied weather conditions; because of this our Captains are typically put in the position of addressing weather concerns on the day of the cruise. Most times, rain showers are followed by beautiful sunshine and perfect weather conditions. Unless contacted by a representative, the day will run as scheduled. In the event that we do cancel a charter due to inclement weather or sea conditions, a representative will contact you to reschedule
When is lobster Season and can I request this on my charter?
Lobster season is Aug 1-March 31 if it is available on island we do our best to accommodate, there is a fee for this upgrade lunch from our BBQ please ask for prices.
Can I bring my own Alcohol?
We provide Rum Punch, Beer (local and import), White wine, and French champagne for a toast on board. We do allow it but please speak to our staff so we can advise before arriving on board.
Is there a restroom on the yacht?
Yes we have two restrooms and a full shower.
I have a baby can they come on board?
Yes we allow infants on board our vessels. This is a Yacht with a full kitchen and bedrooms for napping. We do ask that kids under 7 not be left unattended inside the yacht as they can hurt themselves. We do have infant lifejackets for 12m to adult.
What kind of payment do you take?
We take all major forms of credit cards and use Paypal to process for security reasons. We prefer payments online so you control your data. If we need to refund money due to weather or cancellation we are a small business so we take 1-3 days to issue.
