Our rates start at $2,800 for a sunset cruise on Calypso or Iris and go up to $9,800 for a full day on VENUS, before the 12% government tax and the processing fee, for up to six guests. Additional guests are priced per person. Our pricing guide has worked examples.

We accept all major credit cards, processed online for security. A processing fee applies: 6% through our website, or 3% through a direct payment link. Ask us for the link if you’d prefer it. If we ever need to issue a refund, for weather or a cancellation, please allow one to three business days.

As early as you can, especially for Christmas through Valentine’s Day and the March spring break window, when the most popular dates fill first. Off-peak, we can often accommodate shorter notice. Check the calendar for live availability.

Yes, and we encourage it. Booking direct means you’re speaking with the team that runs your trip, and the price you pay goes to the operator, not to a middleman’s commission.

Yes. VENUS is our new 51-foot luxury power catamaran, carrying up to 25 guests with a crew of three. She’s open for booking for the 2026–27 season. A half day (4 hours) starts at $5,500 and a full day (8 hours) at $9,800 for up to six guests, before tax and fees. ⚑ confirm arrival date before publishing.

Calypso and Iris carry up to 12 guests each, Salacia up to 22, and VENUS up to 25. The base price covers up to six guests, with additional guests priced per person. Tell us your group size and we’ll recommend the right boat.

Yes. Our yachts have restrooms, and there’s a full shower on board.

Yes. Our vessels have sound systems you can connect to by Bluetooth, and they also play satellite and local radio. If you’d like to choose the playlist, bring your phone.

Every Poseidon charter is crewed. You’ll never be responsible for driving or managing the boat. Poseidon does not offer self-drive rentals, and per our owner, self-drive rentals are prohibited in Turks and Caicos. See private charter vs. boat rental.

The boat and a professional crew, a champagne toast as you leave the marina, premium drinks (white wine, champagne, local beer, Bud Light, soda and water), full meals onboard, snorkel gear and vests, paddleboards, and tubes for kids. Salacia also includes an elevated bar and a bartender. The full list is on our what’s included page.

You can. We already provide rum punch, beer, white wine and champagne, but if you’d like to bring something special, please speak with our team before you arrive so we can advise you.

Lobster season in Turks and Caicos runs August 1 through March 31. When it’s available on the island, we’ll do our best to accommodate a lobster lunch from our barbecue. There’s a fee for this upgrade, so ask for current pricing.

Yes. Let us know at booking and we’ll plan around them.

No. Safety is our priority, and we take guests to waters where they can comfortably enjoy the marine life. Snorkel vests and life jackets are on board to help you conserve energy. Snorkeling and water activities are always at your own risk, and the crew will brief you before you get in. Let them know if you’re nervous, and they’ll adjust.

It depends on whether you’re a morning person. The water is beautiful at any time, and the captain will pick the best spot for conditions that day. See our snorkeling guide for where we go.

That’s up to you and the captain. Popular stops include the barrier reef, Little Water Cay (Iguana Island), Half Moon Bay, Pine Cay, Fort George Cay, sandbars and the shipwreck. We build the route around your group and the day’s conditions.

Yes. A SeaBob, the powered underwater sled, is $350 per charter, and a jet ski is $350 per hour. Both are priced per unit, and a vendor meets us at your stop for jet skis. Availability is limited, so ask when you book.

Yes. Infants are welcome. Our yachts have a full kitchen and bedrooms for naps. We ask that children under seven aren’t left unattended inside the yacht, as they can hurt themselves. We carry infant life jackets, and children under 10 are priced separately.

Yes. The day runs on your family’s schedule: naps, snacks, bathroom stops and shallow-water time, with no strangers waiting.

Yes. Tell us what you’d like to see, whether that’s the reef, Iguana Island, a quiet beach, a sandbar or the shipwreck, and the captain builds the day around it and adjusts for wind, tide and water clarity.

A half day is 4 hours, a morning or afternoon charter. A full day is 8 hours, starting around 8:00 to 9:00 am. A sunset cruise is 2.5 hours, timed to the sunset, which falls around 5:30 pm in winter. Extra hours are available if the boat is free: $900 on Calypso or Iris, $1,100 on Salacia, $1,300 on VENUS. We’ll confirm exact departure and return times when you book.

Salacia carries a 10-foot tender for beach and hotel pickups, which carries an extra charge. Otherwise guests board at Turtle Cove Marina. Ask us when you book so we can plan the pickup.

Yes. Tell us the occasion when you book and we’ll help you plan it, from a charcuterie board to timing the day around the sunset. Ask what’s possible for your date.

Gratuity is at your discretion. If your crew makes your day, it’s appreciated.

Bring the remedy you normally use before boarding, and let the crew know at the start of the day. Captains choose calmer water when they can, and our larger yachts have stable, sheltered lounge areas.

Yes. Swim platforms give easy access to the water, and the crew will brief you on when and where it’s suitable to swim. All water activity is at your own risk.

Swimwear, a light cover-up, a hat, sunglasses and reef-safe sunscreen. Bring a light layer for the ride back if you get cool. Flat, non-slip shoes are best on board, and most guests go barefoot.

You can bring your playlist, and the boat’s sound system connects by Bluetooth. For anything else, especially your own drinks, ask our team before you arrive so we can advise you.

Turks and Caicos weather is changeable. It can be windy and stormy at your hotel and sunny across the rest of the island. Passing showers are common and are usually followed by sunshine. Unless we contact you, the charter runs as scheduled, and the captain makes the decision on the day.

If the captain or management considers conditions unsafe or unsuitable, you can reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund. Refunds take one to three business days to process.

Cancel 72 hours or more before the charter for a full refund. Cancel 24 to 48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancel within 24 hours and the charter is non-refundable.

Reef-safe sunscreen (not aerosol), towels, a hat, sunglasses, a camera, any special food or drinks, and your music if you want to choose the playlist. We have USB chargers on board.
